4:00 - 6:00 PM- Check In/ Hospitality Suite- 2nd Floor

8:30 PM - COMEDY NIGHT Featuring Our Best Comedy Tribute Acts. No charge with registration. BACKSTAGE LOUNGE/ $10 for General Public/ No charge for hotel guests or Sunburst Attendees or Agents/Buyers.

10:00 PM- Late Night in Lobby Bar and Hospitality Suite opens at Midnight. (Second Floor)

THURSDAY, September 23, 2010- Second Floor: Salon 10

NOTE: All of the seminars have been put on one day for the benefit of the entertainers. This leaves the other mornings open. ALL entertainers, both veteran and novice will learn from these seminars. (No Costumes for the seminars, please.)

10:30 AM- Welcome Seminar! All Attendees Please Attend!/ Recieve Booklets, Pamphlets, etc. to advance your career. Also how to make SUNBURST work for YOU!

11:00 AM - Seminar/ CELEBRITY TRIBUTE MARKETING/ Agents or not... or both? Includes Self Promotion Info to get more work.

11:30AM- Seminar/ PROMO MATERIAL: What you need, what agents need, what the client needs.

12:30PM- Lunch Break (On your own)

1:00 PM- Seminar/ Scott Mason- Breaking Into The College Market II

3:30PM-5:30PM SUNBURST BAZAAR IS OPEN!

4:30PM- Until?- WORKSHOP/ Dale Leigh- Comedy Writing: Making it work for you and your act!

*We will also have a seperate "Break Out" Room with "Round Table" discussions on Costumes, Wigs, Hair and Make Up for those who wish to have this information. This break out room will be open after 1:00PM.

DINNER On Your Own

7:30PM/ Red Carpet Cocktail Hour- LOBBY BAR (Costumes Are Highly Recommended as we will be in a "Public" area. Expect photos and autographs. We will "Announce" you in the room.

9:00PM/ Welcome, Press and Dance Party- Get to know everyone here./ Mixers, Entertainment, Karaoke, Contests and Door Prizes. This is private event for Full Access Attendees only. Costumes are optional but encouraged. Entertainment by DJ and Dance Instructor Kip Sweeny./ Salons 5-8: Second Floor

9:30AM- 10:30 AM/ Breakfast for FULL ACCESS Agents/Buyers and invited guests. Please check your bag for your invitation. HOSPITALITY SUITE (BUYERS ONLY!)

9:00 AM- MANDANTORY Stage Manager's Meeting with ALL entertainers performing this day. BALLROOM A (No Costumes at meeting).

Vendors Open from 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM

11:30 AM/ SHOWCASE OF THE STARZ- GOLD SHOWCASE/Qualified Artists Only. $15 For General Public (Includes Platinum Showcase) Call for Group and Senior Discounts. Agents and other Talent Buyers are Free. (BALLROOM A)

1:30 PM- Intermission

2:00 PM- SHOWCASE OF THE STARZ- PLATINUM SHOWCASE/ QUALIFIED ARTISTS ONLY/Agents and Talent Buyers are Free

4:00 PM/ MEETING OF THE STARZ- Agents/Artists Promo Table- Ballroom B/ Agents and All Artists meet face to face and exchange promo packages.

7:00 PM/ Dinner On Your Own/ Many will go on over to BB KING'S BLUES CLUB early! GREAT FOOD plus we get great discounts on food and drinks all night!

9:00 PM/ PARTY! Location: BB KING'S BLUES CLUB! Right across the street at Pointe Orlando. Very cool! DRESS TO IMPRESS! COSTUMES RECOMMENDED! They will feature US and a Live Band on that night. We've arranged our own private area downstairs. PLUS, we have taken care of your admission! We'll party the night away and the public will be there with us! Party from 9:00PM until you are ready to come home. The General Public is encouraged to attend with us. However regular admission and drink prices will apply to the General Public. Make sure you have your wristband.

Later in the evening- Night out with the remaining attendees/ Dinner at Adobe Gilas!

Meet By The Pool at 6:30PM!

We have a LOT of attendees who go to this! Very relaxing and fun!
