We understand many entertainers cannot come, because of family, work, gigs, etc.
We are making a few offers
for those who can't make it.
DEADLINE: July 30, 2009
Option 1/ ABSENTEE TABLE: You can send us your one sheet (preferred) or promo package including your photo, DVD & business cards. They must fit into an 24" x 24" space. We will display your promo material for the agents to pick up. It will be a designated area where we will announce your promo material is available to them, though you could not attend in person. We will make sure your promo packages are hand delivered to the agents. BONUS: We just added this. If you can't make it and decide to go with this option, we will send you a contact list of every talent buyer who attends. Reserve your spot today! For this option: Send an email, attention: Jim Lowman to JimSunburst@yahoo.com . He is also at 407-595-5661. He will set up your display. He will add a stand up frame to put your photo in at the 'top' of your promo space. He will also put out your business cards, DVD, whatever you have . I would send about 50 packages. (Last year we had 81 Buyers Attend). Any left over packages WILL be returned, but we will make sure they are all put into the hands of these qualified agents. WE WILL SEND YOU A PHOTO OF YOUR SET UP FROM THE CONVENTION. The cost of this offer is only $150. (That's about $3 per package to be put in the hands of real agents). This is what it will look like! -Option 2/ PERSONAL VIDEO GREETING: You can record a "Personal Video Greeting" and we will play it during both of the showcase days. GUARANTEED! It can be a video of you saying something like "Hi Folks, sorry I could not make it to Sunburst this year, but I wanted to say hi!". Then you can include a one minute video "commercial" of your act. Include your name, phone number and web site on it. You will have to call us for this package. Only $150. (Please keep it under 90 seconds). (Please send 100 business cards with your video so the agents will know how to contact you.)
-Option 3/ SPONSORSHIPS and ADS: You can become a Sponsor or Place An Ad In the Program Book/ Various Rates/ Please visit our "Advertise" page for this option.
-Option 4/ YOUR PROMO VIDEO: Show Your Own Promotional Video On Our TWO Giant Screens During Our Two Days of Showcases. Your video must be no more than 60 Seconds in length. It will play as a "commercial" each day and will run continuously on a loop before the showcase, during intermission and following the showcases. It will run at least five times during the two days. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE AS TO WHERE THE VIDEO WILL FALL INTO PLACE. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOUR VIDEO WILL RUN MORE TIMES ON ONE DAY THAN THE OTHER. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE VIDEOS WILL BE USED AS "TIME FILLERS" BEFORE THE SHOWCASES, DURING INTERMISSION AND FOLLOWING THE SHOWCASES. (Please send 100 business cards so the agents will know how to contact you.)
*It's a great deal for those attending and for those who will not be able to make it. Vendors and Entertainment Companies are welcome to show their promo video as well.
